Program Guidelines

Learning Partnership

Our goal is to create a focused and supportive learning environment where students build strong academic habits and confidence. Families and teachers work together to make each lesson productive and enjoyable.

Homework and Communication

Students receive homework between lessons, which is posted in Google Classroom.

If homework is incomplete, class time will be used to review that material before introducing new content.

The final five minutes of each lesson are used to review the next assignment and answer questions.

Students and parents may use the Google Classroom comment feature for questions between lessons.

Class Preparation

Students should join class with:

• Homework completed
• Books or required materials
• Lined paper and pencil
• Headphones or earbuds available

Students should work from a quiet space with a desk or table suitable for writing.

Class Schedule

The current class schedule can be viewed here:

All required materials must be prepared before the first class.

Student Absences

There are no make-up or rescheduled lessons for student absences.

If a student misses class, a recorded version of the lesson will be provided for independent viewing. Recorded lessons may be shorter than live sessions.

Tuition is not prorated due to absences.

Teacher Absences

If a teacher is unavailable:

• The lesson may be rescheduled, or
• A recorded lesson may be provided

Refunds are not issued for teacher absences.

Learning Environment

Students should join class in a quiet, distraction-free environment.

The following locations are not appropriate for lessons:

• Cars
• Restaurants
• Noisy public spaces

Libraries or quiet public areas with earbuds may work well.

If the learning environment is not suitable, the teacher may pause the lesson until appropriate conditions are restored.

Enrollment and Tuition

Enrollment reserves a seat in the program for the academic term.

Tuition reflects this reserved placement and is not prorated based on attendance or early withdrawal.

Payments follow the installment schedule outlined in the tuition agreement.

Late payments may incur a late fee and may result in temporary suspension of classes until payment is received.
